Age Concern Leaflets
Age Concern Leaflets
Below is a list of leaflets that have been made into web pages with useful information with regard to some of the services Age Concern in Tameside can provide.
Age Concern Tameside, 131 Katherine Street, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 7AW
0161 308 5000
- Day Centres
The day centres work on the basis that there are older members of each community who, for various reasons, now find themselves less able to get out unaccompanied but still have the desire to enjoy a day out, share a cooked lunch and join in the activities of the centres which provide the opportunity to spend quality time with others. - First Call
Making your home more safe and secure. First Call is here to assist with small jobs right through to major repairs for your home. - Hospital Aftercare Service
For older residents of Tameside/Glossop, usually over 60 years of age, who have been discharged recently from Tameside General Hospital. We aim to provide immediate flexible short-term support.
