Ashton Town Hall promises to provide a high quality service in partnership with the catering and museum services and we will strive to meet our varied customers and their expectations in all areas including visitors to the museums, Hospitality service conferences and weddings.
We will achieve this by:
- We will review our service on a regular basis and consult and involve our customers about improvements to the service
- Provide a high quality Hospitality team to deliver an excellent service to our customers
- Work Closely with our partners to ensure a high standard of service
- We will respond to comments and complaints within 5 working days
- We will treat all fairly, with dignity and respect privacy.
