Funeral Directors and Clergy Consultation 2005

Bereavement Services

Bereavement Services would like to thank all Funeral Directors and members of the clergy of all faiths who took time to complete the annual questionnaire, which was sent out in April of this year.

Of the 42 questionnaires given out, we were pleased with the 28 which we received.

We value every comment expressed whether positive or negative and where possible use these comments to improve the service in anyway we can.

The following issues have been included in our 2005/06 Business Plan

Once again, your feedback from the 2005 survey has been extremely helpful to us in the way we plan, deliver and monitor the service we provide.

It is our aim to carry out this consultation exercise annually as it has proved to be an excellent tool and has become an integral part of our business plan.

This year bereavement services has been accredited with Charter Mark and just recently with Quality Assurance.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any views or comments, whether positive or negative and we can incorporate these in future consultations. Alternatively you can have your say at one of our 'Friends of the Cemetery' meetings.
