We strive to improve our service and monitor performance on a regular basis.
Creditors 'Percentage of undisputed invoices paid within 30 days' for 2008/09 was 91.28% against a target of 95.6%. The target was not achieved due to the installation of a new front end scanning process in August 2008. This process has now been established and we will endeavour to meet or target for this financial year.
