Conditions for the free collection of white goods for pensioners

This service is only available for pensioners

White goods are :-

• Fridges
• Freezers
• Cookers
• Washing machines
• Microwaves
• Tumble dryers

No additional items will be taken

These must be paid for at the standard rate

Proof of qualification will be required at the time of visit

• The pensioner must stay in on the day of collection.
• The pensioner must show that they live at the property.
• Proof of residency is a utility bill or equivalent.

Proof of eligibility is :-

• State Pension Book
• Birth Certificate.

If proof of eligibility is not shown at the time of visit then the goods will not be removed.
