How do I pay my parking fine?

Methods of Payment.

I had a parking ticket but it fell on the floor, can you cancel the charge?

You need to check which offence you have been booked for, date and the time covered. If you still don't agree, send proof of your ticket and the notice to our Car Park Section, Development and Technical Services. If your pay and display ticket is valid we will cancel the charge.

My Disabled Badge was displayed, why did I still receive a parking notice?

You probably received a notice if your badge has expired or was not displayed properly. You need to provide proof of your current valid pass and send it with the notice and we will confirm receipt and cancellation.

How can I appeal against my parking notice, my ticket had just expired and I was issued with a notice?

Parking notices can be issued immediately after the time has expired on your ticket. There are no allowances even by one minute. You can appeal by writing to Car Park Section, Development and Technical Services.

What do I do if I put money in the machine but did not receive a ticket?

Please make sure that you have followed the instructions and put the right amount of money in. If you still did not receive a ticket then please contact the warden immediately.

How long can you park if you are disabled?

If you display your disabled pass you can park for an unlimited amount of time providing you are parked within a marked out bay.
