H. Assistant Chief Executive (Performance and Change)

1. To deal with matters relating to the development of the Community Strategy and Corporate Plan.
   
   
2. The provision of policy and research support as part of the policy development and corporate strategic planning processes.
   
   
3. To determine the Council’s arrangements for corporate performance, Local Area Agreements, Best Value and Continuous Improvement.
   
   
4. To take necessary action to implement the Equality Framework for Local Government.
