General note to be attached to Con29 questionnaires where the point of enquiry falls within the set distance of a site that may be/is being dealt with under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

With regards to this application, the property has been identified as being located on or within a consultation area of a site for which we currently consider that action may be taken (investigation and/or designation) under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Further information relating to the site is attached.
