This is the last year of my four year term as an Independent Councillor serving the people of Mossley on Tameside Council and will stand for re-election this year.

• Member of the PACT team liaising with the Police and other agencies.

Constituency Work

My constituency work is done in person, by telephone, letters, e-mail and surgery visits. I try to deal with matters promptly and keep constituents updated regarding progress and work towards a successful outcome. My remit from the District Assembly is Youth and I have been out with youth workers in the evening around Mossley .and I take every opportunity to promote the Youth work in Mossley.

Throughout the year, along with my colleague, I have held surgeries at the George Lawton Hall, Mossley and at All Saints Institute Micklehurst.

Achievements during the Year

I have dealt with many varied resident problems and concerns throughout the year and in the main these have had a positive outcome. My Ward monies have been distributed to groups and voluntary organisations throughout Mossley.
