Have attended meetings of the Denton and Audenshaw District Assembly.

Participation on Outside Bodies and Partnerships

I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Citizens Advice Bureau and a Member of the Standing Advisory Committee on Religious Education.

Constituency Work

I have had a new footpath established on Oak Street and have set up a new residents group in East Audenshaw which I Chair. I am also the Chair of the Homewatch Co-ordinators Group.

Members Advice Surgeries

Have held weekly advice surgeries in my ward.

Achievements During the Year

I have assisted tenants and owners in proceeding towards buying land unwanted by the Council so that a former ‘grot spot’ will come into better use.

I have worked with the Ryecroft Hall Community Association to enable the management committee to take over the running of the hall from Tameside MBC.

I have donated ward monies to scout groups, youth football teams, senior citizens clubs and local community groups to help them with their activities.
