Balance Enquiry

Use the balance enquiry facility to query your balance for any of the following accounts

• council tax
• poll tax

To proceed you must have your reference number which can be found on your bill/invoice.

Recent Payments

The balance displayed on-line reflects our information as at close of business on the previous day.

Recent payments may not necessarily be reflected, (eg. payments made at a Bank or Post Office do not always reach the authority on the same day).

For additional clarity you can also check your recent payments on-line.

Security

We do not request or display personal information (eg. name or address) at any time on the balance screen.

Account numbers are neither sequential nor traceable to an individual or property holder- account balances are therefore anonymous.
