Kids In The Environment
KITE is a group for young people aged 7-11 years who want to learn more about their environment and wildlife in a fun and exciting way.
The group meets the first Saturday of each month at Park Bridge Heritage Centre to look at various aspects of the countryside, from the fungus growing in the woods to the clouds in the sky and all things in between!

- Wet weather clothes,
- Clothes you don't mind getting dirty,
- And your enthusiasm

Young Peoples Conservation Group
This Group is for anyone aged 11-18 years old, who would like to get involved in Countryside conservation, take part in practical activities and get out and about with the Countryside Rangers.
Activity sessions run once a month across the Borough and include conservation tasks, countryside skills, survival, wayfaring, walking, climbing and canoeing.
Bring with you...
- Warm, Old Clothing - as you'll probably be getting dirty!
- Wellies/Sensible Shoes - we can provide these if you need them.
- Waterproof Coat -something that will keep you dry if it drizzles.
- Some lunch and a drink.
