Crimestoppers Initiative

Tameside Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership's latest Crimestoppers anti-burglary initiative has recently been launched to drive home the message that all crime has a traumatic effect on victims and people can provide information about offenders by calling Crimestoppers in confidence.

The campaign aims to reduce crime and raise awareness that people can give information to the police anonymously. Callers with information on crime will not be asked their name, and you may be entitled to a reward. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the free hotline on 0800 555 111.
