The main aim of the Community Strategy is to improve the lives of people within the community

- Acknowledging and celebrating successes
Next Step:
- Discussions taking place between users of centres
- Lots of activity at Senior Management level
Item 7 : Common Processes
- JASPER/CAF stats – January/February figures not too good for Ashton, but March is looking better
- Managers should be pushing the use of JASPER
- Figures produced quarterly can show which practitioners are using JASPER
- School Action & School Action + - a discussion as to whether the group felt that all children on school action, school action plus or with statements should be record on JASPER as having information to share was held. Ot was agreed that those with statements or those on SA+ should but that it was probably of little value to include those on SA as issues such as in this category would be addressed within the school. All children with statements should already be on JASPER as having information to share – David Hoyle to confirm.
