1. Welcome

Steve welcomed the group to the 2nd meeting. Introductions were made for the benefit of the new members.

3. Minutes of the last meeting - 5th June 2007

The minutes of the last meeting that took place on the 5th June 07 were agreed as a true record.

4. Priorities/Reporting/Lead

The group agreed to use the report card method for reporting back to the CYPSP Partnership. SG distributed a copy of the 8 sub themes priorities taken from the Every Child Matters Outcomes F/Work JAR/APA, & NSF. These are the documents which will inform the group work/reporting. It would seem appropriate to take the APA priorities as a starting point.

The group read through and discussed each of the key Judgements. Leads for each one were identified. The group then arranged further meeting dates in their diaries and it was agreed that one or two of the outcomes would be discussed in more detail at each of the meetings.

Action: It was agreed that JB would devise a document to show who will be leading on each key judgements, dates and times of the meeting and which outcome will be discussed at each meeting, this will be distributed to the group with the minutes.

5. Report Card

Report Cards will be used where appropriate. Evidence of Outcomes will be collated to assist in the reporting at Children’s Strategic Partnership.

Kim Brookes is unable to attend the next meeting, SG to contact Joy Dunbavin for a representative for LAC.
