What is the ‘Big Chat’?

The Big Chat is the yearly event which celebrates everything that is good for people with learning disabilities in Tameside. It provides an opportunity for people with learning disabilities and their carers to ask questions and talk to senior managers about the quality of the service we provide.Sunny Futures logo for theme of 2008 Big Chat

The 2008 event was held at Dukinfield Town Hall and for the first time Dukinfield Park. To reflect the outdoor aspect, the Shadow Partnership Board themed the event ‘Sunny Futures’ and over 500 people attended.
