Local Development Documents

Local Development Documents form part of the Local Plan. They are subject to rigorous procedures of community involvement, consultation and independent examination in public. Once adopted the decisions made by the Councils Development Management team are made in accordance with the relevant LDD which contain policy ranging from broad strategy issues to individual site allocations and development management policy. 

Progress and timescales for completion of the LDD listed below are set out in the Local Development Scheme.
