Appointment Booking For a Pest Control Officer Visit

If you would like to book an appointment for the pest removal service, please follow the instructions below

Due to the nature of pest control, we may contact you sooner if we are in your area. For this reason, we ask that you enter a contact telephone number.

How to book an appointment

Choosing the date of the appointment

• Upon entry to the on-line diary, you will be shown all the available appointments for today
• If the available appointments for that day are unsuitable, you may click on the 'Show next available appointment' button to show the next available date.
• Additionally, you can check availability for a date of your choice by entering the date in the box labelled 'Enter Date' and clicking on the 'Go To Date' button.

Choosing the time of the appointment

• Once you have chosen the date you wish the pest control officer to visit, click on the slot number of the appointment you require.

Entering the details of the appointment

• You will then be asked to enter your personal details (name, address, phone number etc.) and also the nature of the problem (ants, bees or wasps).
• Once you have filled in all the details, click on the button marked 'Add Booking'.

Visits

A submitted booking is a confirmed booking. We will call at the address provided at the agreed date and time - please bear in mind that this service is chargeable. View the current charges.
