Better Services, Higher Quality Environment - New green bin recycling scheme for glass
Activity: 26. 1 New green bin green bin scheme to cover a further 40,000 households this year. Areas to receive bins to be confirmed. Roll out May 2003
Progress: The Green Bin scheme was rolled out in May to the first 2,600 households. A further 7,400 deliveries were made during June and July bringing the number of households within the scheme to over 10,000.
