Terms

The Council will maintain insurance against fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft and earthquake and such other risks as it deems appropriate to cover the cost of reinstating the Landlords premises, fixtures and fittings but excluding all tenants fixtures, fittings and stock or other tenants improvements.

Legal and Surveyors Fees

Prospective tenants will be responsible for the Council’s legal fees of £500 and surveyors fees of £840
