Tameside Volleyball club have teamed up with Manchester City Football Club to deliver the Premier League for Sport program in Tameside. This program is aimed at providing high standard Volleyball coaching and facilities for years 6 – 9 outside of school time. With the aim of increase participation in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games. The focus of the program will be at Tameside Volleyball Club based at Fairfield High School. The clubs coaches, including Tameside’s Volleyball development coach will also be delivering coaching sessions in four satellite clubs around the area.
