What is Family First?

Family First is a team of Support workers who work with young people and their families. The team provides crisis support to children, young people and their families for whom there are real risks of family break-up.

When is the service available?

The service is available seven days a week from 8am - 10pm Monday to Friday and from 10am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Crisis response and intensive visiting
Parenting skills and behaviour management strategies
Family conflict mediation and resolution
Access to community activities and youth service
Young People social skills
Direct access to Clinical Psychology service
Access to Family Group conference service
