If so then this is the course for you! It covers a range of topics to give you a sound, basic knowledge of food safety and leads to a nationally recognised qualification

Why should I attend a Food Hygiene Course?

It is very important that anyone who is working with or around food has a good understanding and knowledge of food safety. If you have an employee working for you who is not trained in this way, it could result in a customer getting food poisoning. This would be very bad for your business and would mean loss of trade. Also the law states that you and your employees must have some form of training in food safety to be able to work with food. This course is a nationally recognised course.
