Green Bins

Managed Collection Scheme

The Green bin recycling scheme was introduced in 2003/04 to approximately half of the properties across the borough.

Plans are in place to expand the scheme borough wide by May 2009.

Glass bottles, cans and plastic bottles can be placed mixed into the Green Bin for collection.

Bins should be presented at the kerbside from 7.00am.
