Managed Collection Scheme

The Green bin recycling scheme was introduced in 2003/04 to approximately 80,000 properties across the borough .

Glass bottles, cans, tins, aerosols, foil and plastic bottles can be placed mixed into the Green Bin for collection.

Please do not place plastic bags, trays, bottle tops/lids or plastic boxes into your green bin as we cannot recycle this waste.

Bins should be presented at the kerbside from 7.00am.
