New Charter Housing Trust Group manages this service on behalf of the Council.

The Housing Options team can help you with your housing problems and give you information on a wide range of issues including:

• Homelessness/threatened homelessness
• Domestic violence
• Housing register and allocations
• Landlord and tenant advice
• Specialised accommodation
• Re-housing options
• Referrals to appropriate agencies

Opening Times:

• Monday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Tuesday: 8.30am - 12.00noon (12.00noon - 4.30pm: telephone enquiries)
• Wednesday: 8.30am - 4.30pm (closed for training 9.30am - 10.30am)
• Thursday: 8.30am - 12.00noon (12.00noon - 4.30pm: telephone enquiries)
• Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm
