The Supporting People Directory lists all the supported housing Providers that are currently funded by the Supporting People Grant in Tameside. You will find it useful if:

• You are in need of supported housing.
• You know somebody who needs supported housing.
• You work with vulnerable people and you need further information about provision in the area.
