The Supporting People Team have recently produced some guidance on how to complete the quarterly performance workbooks. 102.74 KB   The guidance contains step by step processes, and the most common errors that are found when completing the workbook.

Performance Workbook Presentation

A presentation on how to complete the workbooks 4.64 MB has also been produced. Providers can use this document as a tool to train any new staff who completes the workbook.
