Service User Suggestions (SUSS)

• SUSS is a new way for you to help Supporting People make decisions about Housing Support services in Tameside.
• As someone who uses services you are in the best possible position to tell us about them.

We want to Know About:

• The best things about your service which have helped you.
• Anything missing in your service which you think could help you.

What to do?

Please fill in the reply sheet below and post it to the Supporting People team.

What Happens then?

• When you tell us about good practice at your service we will make sure we pass this on to all our providers.
• When you tell us about gaps in services we will pass this information on to the decision makers in Tameside – this may be key people at the Council, Primary Care Trust, the Probation Service and other key partner agencies
• The Supporting People newsletter will report in every edition on what you've been telling us and what we've done about it
