Calling all Gardeners...

This is your chance to win a major prize and improve the appearance of Denton and Audenshaw for everyone. Following on from our success last year, join in the fun and help Tameside win again in the Regional and National In Bloom competitions

The competition is open to all residents of Denton and Audenshaw and there are four categories - so there's something for everyone.

Prizes:

Bumper prizes are available for each category:

• First Prize: £100
• Runner Up: £50

Every entry will be entered into a draw for £50 sponsored by Denton and Audenshaw District Assembly

Categories:

• Best Garden
• Best Patio / Yard / Balcony
• Best Commercial Premises
• Best School
• Best Communal Garden

All category winners will be entered into the next round of the competition to compete for the prestigious Champion of Champions award for the whole of Tameside.

Rules:

• You must live in the Denton and Audenshaw District Assembly area
• The garden must be your own work
• Your garden must not be maintained by a professional gardener
• Only one entry per household
• The judges' decision is final
