Gardening Competition Entry Form
Calling all Gardeners...
This is your chance to win a major prize and improve the appearance for Longdendale and Hattersley for everyone. Following on from our success last year, join in the fun and help Tameside win again in the Regional and National In Bloom competitions.
Your garden can be large or small, new or well established. Even if you're in a flat and use hanging baskets and containers for your garden, there's a category for you.
Prizes:
Two prizes available for each category
- First Prize: £100
- Runner Up: £50
Categories:
- Domestic property with garden
- Domestic property without garden (e.g. balcony/patio)
- Communal Garden
- Non-domestic (business/shop/pub/school)

All category winners will be entered into the next round of the competition to compete for the prestigious Champion of Champions award for the whole of Tameside.
Rules:
- All categories must fall within the Longdendale and Hattersley District Assembly area
- The garden must be your own work
- You must not be a professional gardener
- Only one entry per household (Does not apply to Neighbourhood Team effort entrants)
- The judges' decision is final

Gardening and caring for the natural and built environment can bring people together in a happy and unified community.
