Annual Fees

The Annual Fee is payable by all holders of a licence under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005. You will receive a reminder letter informing you of the fee due 6 weeks before the due date.

Failure to Pay and Suspension

Where the annual fee has not been paid by the due date Tameside Council will suspend the Premises Licence and no licensable activities will be able to take place.
