Performing of Animals
Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925
If you wish to exhibit or train any performing animal, then you will need to be registered under the above Act.
The definition of ‘exhibit’, for the purposes of the Act, means to exhibit at any entertainment to which the public are admitted, whether on payment or otherwise. The definition of ‘train’ means to train for the purposes of any such exhibition, and the expressions ‘exhibitor’ and ‘trainer’ have respectively the corresponding meanings.
