We have enabled personal resilience and economic independence for the residents of the borough by working with a wide range of partners and agencies. We recognise that its vital that we support our all our residents in managing finances and achieving financial independence. Our initiatives are aimed at providing ‘whole life’ support.

- The Park Café - managed and run by Tameside Learning Disabilities Service, gives people with learning disabilities the opportunity to improve their chances of getting a job, by working in a busy café and outside catering business.
