The Park Café – The Story So Far
Tameside TV have been filming our project ever since the Trainees first day in October 2008. The following footage charts the exciting launch of the project in July 2009, followed by the opening day in August 2009. We have held several community events over the past year, including our Credit Crunch Christmas Fair 2009 and Harvest Festival in September 2010. The final footage is of trainees Jenny Threadgold and Vicky Austin, who have embarked on their next steps into employment.

The Tameside Story Video
The Greater Manchester Advance Network links ten Local Authorities through a central hub, to guide people towards the help they need to overcome barriers to employment. This DVD explains the strategy, operation and effect of the network, by hearing the evidence of the agencies and front-line workers who are already successfully using the database to engage clients in the first steps of their employment journey.
