Pest Control Visits We aim to carry out Pest Control Visits within 7 days (subject to peak demand June to September). We offer morning or afternoon visits and provide four specific appointment times (Monday to Thursday). We also work evenings and weekends during peak demands or in line with customer requirements.	100%	97.9%	100%

Other Key Achievements

In addition to the above we have introduced an 'on line' facility for Pest Control payment s booking appointments. All visits are carried out with discretion and our vehicles do not advertise the Pest Control service. The dog warden service is now provided in partnership with Animal Wardens Ltd. which has resulted in financial savings for the service.
