Local Development Framework Annual Monitoring Report

The Council submitted its sixth Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to Government Office for the North West in December 2010, as required by the 2004 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act. The AMR covers the period from the 1 April 2009 to the 31 March 2010. It provides data on a large number of planning related indicators, and details progress made on the production of documents listed in the Local Development Scheme.
