Local Development Framework (LDF) Annual Monitoring Report
The Council submitted its fifth LDF Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to Government Office for the North West in December 2009, as required by the 2004 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act. The AMR covers the period from the 1st April 2008 to the 31st March 2009. It provides data on a large number of planning related indicators, and details progress made on the production of documents listed in the Local Development Scheme.
