Employment Land Market Assessment and Sector Analysis

Tameside Employment Land Study

Tameside Council commissioned CB Richard Ellis to undertake a review of the employment property market of the borough and to assess the demand for the market sectors identified in the government guidance on employment land reviews.

The study will inform the Tameside Employment Land Review which will be completed in 2010. The review will assess in detail the employment land availability across the Borough in terms of quality and quantity and the requirements over the proposed LDF plan period up 2027.
