Housing Land Supply

Planning Policy Statement 3 (PPS3), November 2006, requires Local Planning Authorities to assess and demonstrate the extent to which their plans fulfil a requirement to identify and maintain a rolling 5-year supply of deliverable land for housing.

The Council's first Housing Land Availability Report for 31st March 2007 is available here 5.24 MB . A further assessment for 31st March 2008 will be made available later in the year.
