The weekly lists includes details of all recently received and validated applications for permission under the provisions of the Planning Acts

Further information concerning these applications may be obtained from the case officer, listed with each entry:

Comments cannot be made on applications to discharge conditions (PLCOND) or TPO applications.

Procedure for Determining Applications:

• There is a presumption that all straightforward applications will be dealt with under the delegation scheme, but only where they meet the criteria of the scheme.
• Council members preferring that specific applications be dealt with by the Speakers Panel and not the delegation scheme must advise me within 14 days of receiving this list.
• Applications from Members will always be referred to the Speakers Panel for determination.
• Delegated applications will normally be determined 23 days after the date of neighbour and Councillor notification.
