Procedure for Determining Applications
- There is a presumption that all straightforward applications will be dealt with under the delegation scheme, but only where they meet the criteria of the scheme.
- Council members preferring that specific applications be dealt with by the Speakers Panel and not the delegation scheme must advise me within 14 days of receiving this list.
- Applications from Members will always be referred to the Speakers Panel for determination.
- Delegated applications will normally be determined 23 days after the date of neighbour and Councillor notification.
