Cycling in Tameside
Cyclists are being given the chance to have their say as the Council looks at future facilities across the borough.
The Council wants to come up with a new Cycling Strategy but needs opinions and ideas from anyone who uses pedal power to get about.
Anyone interested - whether a cyclist or not - is invited to come along to one of two cycling open days for the opportunity to discuss the issue.
The first is at Ashton Town Hall on Monday, 12th May from 3.00pm - 8.00pm. The second is at Hyde Town Hall on Tuesday, 13th May, also 3.00pm - 8.00pm.
If you can’t get along but would still like to make your views known you can download a questionnaire from www.tameside.gov.uk/cycling/facilities/review.
Together we will make cycling mainstream in Tameside.
