1. Minutes

To approve as a correct record, the Minutes of the proceedings of the Services for Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel held Tuesday, 10 January 2012.

2. SEN Provision In Tameside

To meet with Caroline Charnock, Associate Head Teacher, Aldwyn Primary School and Moira Thompson, Executive Head Teacher, Hawthorns Community School. To explore how children with SEN are encouraged to participate in mainstream education and the work carried out by a special school.

3. Briefing On Child Poverty Needs Assessment

To receive a briefing from Paul Radcliffe, Scrutiny Support & Coordination Officer, Tameside MBC, on the Child Poverty Needs Assessment document (to be tabled on the day).

4. Local Government Act 2000 – Urgent Items

To consider any other items, which the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
