North West Scrutiny Support Officers' Network

(NWSSON)

The North West Scrutiny Support Officers Network (NWSSON) was established in 2004 and is administered by Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.  It supports Officers involved in the delivery of the Overview and Scrutiny function in Local Authorities in the North West.

The Network meets on a regular basis, allowing Officers to come together to discuss common issues and problems relating to the Scrutiny function; and share good practice and information.
