1. That members of the Lifelong Learning and Cultural Services Scrutiny Panel be invited to join this Panel in monitoring and reviewing the operation of the PFI schools at the end of 2003. |

2. That the Scrutiny Panel continues to monitor progress of the funding of the PFI scheme. |

Feedback was received on the last bid and consultation has also taken place with DfES on Building Schools for the Future. |

4. That the Council should ensure that, in a future situation of falling rolls, funding for other schools should not suffer in order to service the PFI contract. |
