Customer satisfaction survey

Every two months we conduct a Customer satisfaction survey. This is what you said, and this is what we did.

Customer Comment: Could we have a toy box in Ashton Customer Services?

Action as a result of feedback: We have obtained toys and books to be available on request in Ashton, Denton and Hyde Offices. Our other offices are based within Libraries, and children will have access to their facilities.
