Our Service Charter for this area is as follows:

• Respond and deal with complaints of dog fouling within 24 hours.
• Investigate within 24 hours any instances of people allowing their dogs to foul and take legal action wherever possible.

You can help us by:

• reporting incidences of dog fouling in your area - use our online reporting system.
• reporting details of people who allow their dogs to foul including, dates, times and descriptions of the dog and its owner wherever possible - use our online reporting offenders system.
