Pest Control

We will:

• Specify morning or afternoon visits to suit your needs and;
• Provide four specific appointment times (Monday to Thursday).
• Visit within 7 working days (subject to peak demand June to September)
• Work evenings and weekends during our peak demands (June to September)
• Where your problem is one of rats in your dwelling respond as quickly as we can and within 1 working day.
• Where your problem is one of rats outside your dwelling respond as quickly as we can within 7 working days.
• Carry out all contracted visits to commercial businesses.
• Use pesticides that the industry have tested and believe to be the least harmful to both humans and the environment regardless of the cost.
• Carry out our visits with discretion and with no publicity i.e. our vehicles will not advertise our business
• Consult with experts where necessary in order to identify your pest.

You can help us by:

• give us clear information on access times and a telephone contact number if possible
• ensure that someone is at the property at the agreed time
