The Tameside Coaches Association is open to potential Coaches wanting to join the Tameside Volunteering Scheme as well as existing qualified coaches at any Level.
The main aim of the Association is on continual professional Development underpinned with information from within Coaching organisations.

- Increase the profile of sports coaches, instructors, officials and volunteers in Tameside
- Set and maintain professional coaching standards
- Provide appropriate continues professional development to develop members' skills, expertise and knowledge
- Offer members advice and support
