The Strategic Capital Panel is a high level group which is informed of the latest developments regarding the Council's capital programme and has the responsibility for the overall management of the capital programme, including both scheme delivery and funding sources. It also generally ensures that capital projects are delivered on time and on budget and achieves the original aims of the capital scheme.

The Panel is chaired by the Executive Leader, Councillor Kieran Quinn and the following Members also sit on the Panel:-

Councillors Baines, Cooney, J Fitzpatrick, B. Holland, Sweeton and Taylor. Members of the Executive Team also attend, including the Chief Executive, Executive Director - Finance, Borough Solicitor, Executive Director - Communities, Environment, Adults and Health Services and Executive Director - Children, Learning and Economic Services.
