Childminder Sustaining Grant

Who Can Apply?

Childminders who have had a full time vacancy for more than 2 consecutive weeks. The place must have previously been filled.

How Much Can You Apply For?

80% of the weekly charge for a place to a maximum of £100. The grant may be claimed for 5 weeks if the place is not filled. The grant may be claimed twice a year.

What Can You Spend It On?

The grant should sustain you in your childminding at a time when you have a vacancy.
